09 October 2003 Status at The Aquatic Hillcrest Headline: 120 Hour Tests Still In Progress.... With less than 24 hours to go, the radar continues to run. We took the afternoon data dump and everything looks good so far. First flight test leg starts at 0800 local tomorrow, and will be on station about 0840. This will be 100 nm radial in toward The Aquatic Hillcrest, then turn around and fly back. Then in from another angle and back. Then another pair of legs in the afternoon. If the radar continues to run until 1534 local, the 120 hour test will be over and we will begin to repair communications between the RES and the radar, before starting on the remaining record run tests. The torque wrench and the transmitter row cover arrived shortly before lunch. Greg Falck in EIS responded quickly to my request yesterday and set up this website behind the firewall. I am moving my files to it so that status can be reported within LM. We returned to the radome this morning and found the radar running fine, 84+ hours into the 120 hour test. There are no new faults ringing up. Punchlists:Remaining Items to Perform at Radome:
