Headline: Site Acceptance Testing in progress

The site team (Brad Ron and Bill) returned to find the radar had paused again overnight.  They are delving into the Vax to determine the cause of the problem.  This problem seems to recur after about an hour of running.  In parallel, other tests are proceeding.

Test 5A was completed.  The NTDS boards in the Vax were switched which allowed the radar to continue running for >4 hours.  The team left the radar to run 24 hours before beginning the 120 hour test again tomorrow.

The letter documenting arrangements for the loan agreement regarding the 5 boards on loan from the GAF was received in Syracuse, and it was officially acknowledged and agree to by the LM contracts office.  The signed letter was transmitted electronically to BWB offices, and Greg is carrying a hard copy back Saturday.  This should allow formal test signoff to proceed.

Greg obtained the labels, cable and printer ribbons to carry to the site Saturday.  The team requested the incorrect breaker part number.  Terry Moselle and his team are re-ordering the correct breaker, the GFCI, 2 disks for the RES, and canceling the order for the lubricant spray, which will be procured in country by Greg.
