Headline: Work Nearly Complete

Review of data taken overnight indicates the best time to perform false alarm testing is 0500.

Good news this morning is that the STS signal mysteriously returned overnight.  This was predicted.

Captain Mario Fromm arrived this morning and we finally met.  This man has sent us many parts to allow testing to proceed.  The last four weeks he has worked only for Lockheed Martin.

Norbert Demel brought in an assortment of nuts, bolts and clamps to use to redress some of the discrepancies (see below).  This may save us a trip to Fulda.

There are many people here this morning, the shelter room is abuzz.  Ron and Brad are trying to fix the laser printer, and succeed.

Olaf obtains signature on test 4A using last night's Sunstrobe data.  4a is now complete, leaving only 10A and 10B.

Bill, Olaf and Steffen go upstairs to replace the row 31 receiver with a GAF loan.  In addition, they will install a new cable in row 5, and perform INCO.  Miscellaneous being procured by Norbert and Brad.  Ron collecting data to support closure of tests 10A and 10B.

125A breaker delivered 1100.  Re-powering array to check replacement of row 31 receiver and row 5 cable.

125A breaker is the wrong part - it is a reconditioned part, and even though it is the correct part number, has no bundle of wires from the back for the sensing circuit.  Have re-ordered the part.  Fortunately the weak breaker continues to serve.

Many discussions today about P(d) and pass/fail of flight tests. Hubert Merkel arrived this afternoon and participated in strategy sessions for how to improve flight test data.

We meet again at 0430 tomorrow to collect more data.
